By creating an account or using Solunce ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Because Solunce offers access to uncensored AI models, certain features and model outputs are intended for users aged 18 and over. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements and that your use complies with any laws applicable to you. Solunce is provided for personal and developer use; commercial use of the API requires prior written approval.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and any API keys secure. Do not share API keys publicly. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including activity by any third party using your credentials.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Solunce to:

• Generate content that violates applicable law in your jurisdiction or in the jurisdiction where Solunce operates
• Create, distribute, or deploy malware, exploits, cyberweapons, or any tool intended to harm, compromise, or gain unauthorized access to systems
• Generate content intended to harass, stalk, threaten, or harm any specific individual or group
• Produce child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexual content involving minors — this is an absolute prohibition with no exceptions
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, abuse, scrape, or overload the infrastructure
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute API access without explicit written permission
• Circumvent rate limits, usage quotas, or access controls
• Impersonate other users, Solunce staff, or any entity
• Use automated tools to create accounts or generate API traffic in bulk beyond permitted limits

Solunce provides access to AI models including uncensored models. You are solely and exclusively responsible for how you prompt, interpret, and use AI outputs. We do not review, moderate, or pre-filter responses. Generating harmful, illegal, or objectionable content is your responsibility, not ours.

4. Uploaded content

You may upload images, video frames, and text files ("Uploaded Content") to use with certain AI models. You represent that you own or have the right to use any Uploaded Content and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable law. Uploaded Content is processed to generate AI responses and is not retained beyond your active session or stored conversation history. We do not use Uploaded Content to train models.

5. AI output disclaimer

Solunce and its operators explicitly:

• Make no warranties about the accuracy, completeness, currency, or fitness for purpose of any AI-generated content
• Are not responsible for hallucinations, factual errors, outdated information, or omissions produced by AI models
• Are not liable for any action you take or fail to take based on AI outputs
• Are not liable for any harm, injury, financial loss, legal consequence, reputational damage, or other damage arising from your use or misuse of AI-generated content
• Are not responsible for how you or any third party uses content generated through the Service

You use AI outputs entirely at your own risk. By using the Service you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for any downstream use of generated content.

6. Free tier & Apollo trial

New accounts receive a free daily usage allowance for standard models and a limited trial of Apollo 1. Free tier limits may be adjusted at any time without notice. Trial allowances are non-transferable and have no monetary value.

7. Solunce Plus

Solunce Plus is a one-time purchase of $10.00 USD, processed by Payhip. Upon successful payment you will receive a license key granting unlimited access to Apollo 1 and other Plus features with no recurring charges. All sales are final — no refunds are offered after a license key has been issued and redeemed. If you experience a technical issue with key delivery, contact us and we will assist you. Solunce reserves the right to modify Plus features or benefits at any time; access to the model itself will not be revoked for existing purchasers without reasonable cause.

8. Service availability

Solunce is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy of model outputs, or suitability for any purpose. The Service may be interrupted, modified, or discontinued at any time. Self-hosted infrastructure means occasional downtime; check status.solunce.com for live status.

9. Intellectual property

Solunce and its branding, interface, and underlying systems are owned by their respective creators. AI-generated outputs do not carry any copyright warranty — their ownership and usability under applicable law is your responsibility to assess.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we determine you are violating these Terms or causing harm to the Service or other users. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any Plus purchase.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Solunce and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind arising from or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to:

• Reliance on AI-generated content, mis-responses, or inaccurate information
• Decisions made or actions taken based on AI outputs
• Unauthorized access to or use of your account
• Loss of data, revenue, business, or opportunity
• Service interruption or discontinuation

In no event shall our total aggregate liability to you exceed the greater of (a) the amount you have paid to Solunce in the twelve months prior to the claim, or (b) $10.00 USD.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Solunce and its operators from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version here with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. Material changes will be announced via the in-app banner.
