Terms of Service
By creating an account or using Solunce ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
1. Who can use Solunce
You must be at least 13 years old to use Solunce. By using the Service you confirm you meet this requirement. Solunce is provided for personal and developer use.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Don't share your API keys publicly. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Solunce to:
- Generate content that violates applicable law
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, abuse, or overload the infrastructure
- Resell or redistribute API access without permission
- Collect or harvest user data from the platform
- Impersonate other users or entities
Solunce serves an uncensored model. You are solely responsible for how you use the output. We do not review or moderate responses.
4. Token balance & access
New accounts receive a free token balance. We reserve the right to adjust token limits, pricing, or availability at any time. Tokens have no monetary value and cannot be transferred or refunded.
5. Paid plans
Solunce Pro™ subscriptions are billed monthly at $9.99/mo. Pay-as-you-go credits are non-refundable after use. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.
6. Service availability
Solunce is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy of model outputs, or suitability for any purpose. The service may be interrupted, modified, or discontinued at any time.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you are violating these terms or causing harm. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solunce and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
